Scirius back up location is configured in /etc/scirius/local_settings.py :
/etc/scirius/local_settings.py
DBBACKUP_STORAGE_OPTIONS = {'location': '/var/backups/'}
to be dropped in - /var/backups/. This location can be changed as per your needs.
