Fixed
scaffold-doctor.sh no longer depends on dirname(1) to find its own
bundle. It derived its directory with $(cd "$(dirname "$0")" && pwd),
which under a PATH without coreutils fell through to cd "". Bash 5.2
treated that as a no-op; bash 5.3 (the ubuntu-26.04 runner image) makes it
fail, and under set -e the doctor died on its first line of work. The
directory now comes from parameter expansion, so no external command is
involved. The narrowed-PATH doctor tests gain a parity assertion against a
full-PATH run, and their fixture installs the gitleaks CI twin, since the
paired-artifact section now actually runs there instead of being skipped by
the lost bundle.
