I have brought a few bugs, most of them are graphical ones.
Water does not "refill" I've built a bridge and destroyed it later the day, to replace it by a bigger one. I came across the following bug, seen in the pictures.
Fish spinning like all hell has broken lose, when caught with a fishing rod. I've been fishing and the fish spun around the hooking point like.. Well.
Not enough room in inventory. My girlfriend tried to pick up her cart, which was empty. She also had the correct deed in her backpack, but the following bug occured.
The scratched problem was solved by the comment below.

Regarding the water it looks like you've dug out some ground? Water can't really deal with that - basically whenever you try to expand the area of the water (not using aqueduct blocks), limitations (and a bit of odd stuff at times) come into play. Placing objects in water shouldn't really mess with it.
The cart is simply because she's at the carry weight limit. If you check the red vertical bar to the left of the menu bottom right, you will see that it's fully read (due to carrying the iron bars, which are super heavy). It's however a bit confusing that it says not enough room, instead of something about carrying weight.
