Support for list-style-position: inside; (for centering bullets with the text)

Is there any support for list-style-position: inside; CSS property for bulleted/numbered lists?

This would be helpful so that bullet points will also be centered when text align center is used.

@JacobWrenn If you are unable to do so, then there is not support, but this doesn't mean we can't add it. This feature seems within the realm of possibility.

If you would like to submit a PR for this, it would be extremely helpful, however, if you are unable to or do not want to, I can take this up sometime in the future, but I can't make any guarantees of when the feature will be finished.
