For preferred name tracking to work, PR Submitty/SysadminTools#19 needs to be reviewed/merged and a new release point made. The release point is expected to now be 19.12.00

New version of preferred name logging script. This is intended to be better integrated with Submitty rather than being strictly a sysadmin tool.
