Housekeeping around the blog and analytics.

Fixed

• Running the site locally was recording analytics events into the live
  database, so the dashboard counted visits that never happened. Development
  no longer writes events
• The Blog link appeared in the navigation before anything was published,
  leading visitors to an empty page. It now appears only once there is a post

Notes

• A production build served from localhost still records events, which is what
  you want when checking the pipeline works
• Drafts and scheduled posts do not bring the navigation link back, since the
  check uses the same visibility rules as the public site
