Summary

Strict agent work gets two improvements in this release: approvals a person can read and scope, and an agent that can read its own card. A strict decision now says in plain words what it allows, and it may offer "Approve for this run". Workspace owners and admins also get "Always allow" on a strict approval, which is the same per-agent rule as the console switch.

The other theme is what an agent can see and do from its own card. Through its run, an agent can read the earlier runs of that card (board reads), and the run holder can link references from the card. One fix supports the "Always allow" change: the run read now names the answerer by principal id as well as by board user id, so the hub can record the rule.

The material gives no upgrade steps, so nothing is known to be required of operators before or after upgrading. Users will notice the plainer wording on strict approvals, the new "Approve for this run" option where a decision offers it, and "Always allow" if they are a workspace owner or admin.
