Continued security and reliability hardening after 1.1.

Fixes

  • Foreground probe reconnects half-dead sockets instead of hanging actions
  • Cancelled transfers free waiters immediately
  • Preview cache and downloads use Complete file protection while locked
  • Monitor lists only your Mac user processes (short names, no paths)
  • Huge folder listings use a scan cap; empty reads back off instead of spinning

  • 26/26 swift test
  • TetherHost (macOS) and TetherClient (iOS Simulator) builds succeeded
