Henkan v1.7 - Compliance & Updater Improvements

This release focuses on full technical compliance with WordPress.org coding standards and improves the stability of the GitHub auto-updater.
🔒 Security & Compliance (WordPress.org Standards)

Security Hardening: Implemented comprehensive output escaping (esc_html, esc_attr) across the entire admin interface.

Data Sanitization: Added strict wp_unslash() handling before sanitization in AJAX requests.

Modern API Usage: Replaced deprecated PHP functions like unlink() with WordPress native wp_delete_file() and strip_tags() with wp_strip_all_tags().

Performance: Implemented object caching (wp_cache_get/set) for expensive database queries to reduce server load.

Code Cleanup: Removed legacy polyfills (e.g., attachment_url_to_postid) as the plugin now requires WordPress 5.0+.

🚀 Auto-Updater

v5 Syntax: Updated the Plugin Update Checker library integration to the latest v5 namespace syntax.

Asset Handling: Explicitly enabled enableReleaseAssets() to ensure smooth ZIP downloads directly from GitHub Release assets (fixing the "Invalid archive structure" error).

Updated "Tested up to" tag to WordPress 6.9.

Added missing translator comments for better localization support.
