auth_token_v3.json is missing

Cloned the repo, edited the config.json (set season to Y10S3 and added my credentials)
When i start the project, it generates only the auth_token_v2.json and when I try to fetch my user (http://localhost:3000/r6/profiles/pc/username) it gives me a 500 with the Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\Users\admin\Documents\R6-API\private\auth_token_v3.json'

Apparently, i'm getting too many requests, but this doesn't make any sense since i just created the account and started the api for the first time ever.
