Adds the public EncoreEntrypointsLoader::loadFromArray() API for decoded, validated manifests. Consumers can preserve Encore path resolution, chunk ordering, URL mapping and version settings without calling a protected parser or reading the manifest twice.

The caller validates the manifest shape and application-specific path restrictions. Existing file-access and inline-content policies remain in place. The loader guide documents the API and its resource-path argument.

Tests now use PHPUnit DataProvider attributes, supporting the current QA toolchain. Full package QA passed: PHPCS, PHPStan and 245 tests / 575 assertions with one existing skip. GitHub QA is green on the tagged main commit.
