Fix container diagnostic commands rebuilding configuration on the running kernel. Diagnostics now use a clone, preserving active container and bundle identities and allowing normal final resource cleanup, including Doctrine connection shutdown.

This compatible patch keeps existing PHP/Symfony requirements. Regression evidence fails before the fix and passes afterward. Full package QA passed (78 tests, 367 assertions); native Redis/Memcached CI and post-merge QA passed. Composite Framework/Doctrine/Mailer qualification also preserves lint, ordinary resets and final shutdown.
