Growth mind set is a type of outlook at life. There are two types of mindsets that one can have. Dr. Carol Dweck of Stanford University does a great job explaining what is a group mindset.
This is a personal based definition of what a growth mindset is and this blog is to be taken with a grain of salt. The following are things that help me have a growth mindset.
Having a growth mindsets allows you to have a positive outlook on life.
A good healthy positive routine, espcially in the morning will open up the day to more healthy positive routines. The following things are classed as a good healthy positive routine

- Sleep routine
The type of food that we eat has been found to have an impact on on our mental faculties. Mulnutrion can lead to depression, that is why it is important to have a balanced diet
Having a good set of friends who aspire to be better will also lead to having a growth mindset. It is not a myth that the company we keep has an impact on our behavoural psychology.
