This one needs Morphe Manager 2.3.0 or newer, so update Manager before you patch, and it moves to Facebook 585.0.0.47.54. Reels can show when they were posted, keep their Comment button when comments are off, and play or pause with a tap above their comments, and a burn-in guard fades a video's buttons when you leave it alone. New switches hide the search button, Like under comments, the emoji row over the comment box, the Subscribe button on videos and the stories you've already watched or that come from Pages. Marketplace listings say when they went up, comment videos can be saved, and Opening pause and Take breaks help you spend less time scrolling. Fixes cover the search screen that spun forever, the blur on see-through bars, Events, Instagram and Messenger links that went nowhere, and reels that lost their Quality row.

New
Speed on finished live videosunder Reels and Watch, part ofKeep the reel speed. A live video that had ended opened in Facebook's live player with no Playback speed in its gear menu, so a long replay could only play at normal speed. Now the gear menu offers it like it does for other videos, with Facebook's own speed list behind it. Videos that are still live and ads keep Facebook's menu. It's on by default. (#238) -
New
Back leaves Home where it isunder News feed. Pressing Back on a scrolled Home made Facebook jump to the top and reload, so the post you'd just commented on was gone. With the switch on, the feed stays put and a short message says to press Back again. A second Back within two seconds goes to the top the way Facebook always did. It's off by default and doesn't needKeep feed position on return. (#247) -
New
Cast button on reelsunder Reels and Watch. It puts a cast button on a reel's sidebar, under Download, and a tap hands the reel to a casting app you have, like Web Video Caster, the same wayCast button on feed videosdoes. It works with reel downloads off and starts off. (#182) -
New
Local profile countsunder News feed. Type the friends, followers and following numbers you want and your own profile shows them on this phone, for fun. Nothing is sent anywhere, other people's profiles keep Facebook's real numbers, and leaving a row blank shows the real one. It starts off, and it changes numbers only when they sit next to the word Facebook shows for them, so a profile laid out another way may not change. A verified badge isn't part of it yet. (#280) -
New
Round stories trayunder Stories. It draws the stories row on Home as round pictures, like Instagram, at a width you pick in dp. It starts off, and switched off the row looks exactly as Facebook draws it. Facebook has no round tile of its own, so each tile is sized to that width, square instead of tall, and clipped to a circle, and the row shrinks to one circle high with no blank band under it. (#260) -
New
Most viewed on profile Reelsunder Reels and Watch, part ofNewest reels first. The Reels tab on a profile or a Page lists the reels it has loaded with the most viewed first, using the same play count Facebook shows on each tile, and sorts again as you scroll and more load. Reels with no count stay after the rest, and off keeps Facebook's newest-first order. It starts off. (Refs #232) -
New
Block button on commentsunder Comments and writing, part ofComment sheet options. The thumbs-down under a comment becomes a Block button. Tap it and Facebook's own block screen opens for the person who wrote the comment, with its usual question before anything is blocked. Nothing is disliked. WithHide dislike on commentson too, the Block button stays. It's off by default, and a change shows on comments drawn after it. (Refs #271) -
New
Hide Like on commentsunder Comments and writing, part ofComment sheet options. It takes the Like button out of the row under each comment. Reply stays, and so do the reaction icons and their count, so you can still see how people reacted. It starts off. (Refs #241) -
New
Search date rangeunder Search. With it on, the Date posted filter in post search asks for a from and to month instead of a list of years, so you can narrow results to a stretch of time. Off, search is as Facebook has it. (Refs #279) -
New
Burn-in guardunder Reels and Watch, part ofClean up Reels. While a reel or video fills the screen, its buttons, caption and bars fade when you leave them alone, so they don't burn into an OLED screen, andDim when idle and shiftalso moves the screen a step every 2 minutes. The camera and the story editor are left alone. Tapping the video or double-tapping it to like doesn't bring them back. Tapping a button or swiping does.Dim aftersets how long it waits, from at once to 10 seconds. WithStay dim when I tapon, they stay faded whatever you tap until you leave the video. It's off by default and needs no restart (Refs #288). -
New
Hide the top right buttons on opened videosunder Reels and Watch, part ofClean up Reels. When you open a reel or a video full screen, including a video you tap open from Home, Search and the button next to it leave the top bar. The Reels tab's own Search and profile buttons stay. Back stays, and so does More at the bottom of the side buttons, where Download is. It's off by default and needs no restart (Refs #311). -
New
Hide the pull down to lock hintunder Reels and Watch. Holding a reel or a video for 2x then shows the plain 2x pill without the "Pull down to lock 2x speed" line, and pulling down still locks the speed. It needs no restart (Refs #289). -
New
Hide the emoji row on commentsunder Comments and writing takes away the row of emoji Facebook puts over the comment box. Typing and the box's buttons stay, and you can still type emoji from your keyboard (Refs #290). -
Badge and logo colorshas a third box,Selected tab color, under Appearance. Type a color code like #2ECC71 and the selected tab in the tab bar takes it after a restart. It wins over Material You's accent when both are on, blank keeps Facebook's own color, and settings backups carry it (Refs #297). -
New
Show Comment when comments are offunder Reels and Watch, part ofClean up Reels. Facebook takes the Comment button off a reel's sidebar when you can't comment on it, so the comments already there can't be read either. With the switch on the button stays, and a change shows from the next reel. It's off by default (Refs #299). -
New
Show the post date on reelsunder Reels and Watch, part ofClean up Reels. A reel, or a video you open full screen, says when it was posted, right under the name of whoever posted it. Facebook has that line built in but only turns it on for some accounts. It's off by default and shows from the next reel (Refs #296). -
New
Hide the Subscribe button on videosunder Reels and Watch, part ofClean up Reels. Some authors get a Subscribe button next to their name on a full-screen video where others get Follow, and one tap subscribes you. With the switch on that button is gone, Follow buttons stay, and it needs no restart. It's off by default (Refs #291). -
New
Select part of a post's textunder News feed. Holding a post's text still copies all of it, and with the switch on the text also opens in a box where you can select a word or a line and copy just that. It's off by default and needs no restart (Refs #294). -
Comment orderhas a new choice, Oldest, under Comments and writing. Comments then open first comment first on every post, even one whose sort menu has no such row. Facebook's own menu calls that order All comments, so that's the row it shows picked (Refs #295). -
New
Search with a pictureunder Tabs and navigation. Press and hold the search button in the top bar and Google Lens opens, so you can point the camera at something or pick a picture to find out what it is. It uses the Google app when you have it and Lens in your browser when you don't. A tap still opens Facebook's search. The picture goes to Google, not Facebook. It's off by default and needs a restart (Refs #245). -
The top of News feed in Hushfacebook's settings now shows how much the switches kept out of Home since Facebook started, with the three biggest kinds, like "41 posts and cards: ads (23), suggestions (12) and posts from groups you're not in (6)". It starts from zero each time Facebook does, nothing is saved or sent anywhere, and while Hushfacebook is paused the row says that instead.
-
New
Feed types to hideunder News feed, for people who read Debug logging. It lists the kinds of post and card Home showed since Facebook started that no switch hid, by Facebook's own names (likeFriendsLocationsFeedUnit), and hides whichever ones you tick. A new kind of card Facebook adds can go before a switch exists for it. Ordinary posts aren't on the list, the post a link opened still stays, and settings files carry your picks. The row shows up while Debug logging is on, or once something's picked, and warns that picking a type Home needs can leave it empty. -
New
Opening pauseat the top of Opening Facebook. When you open Facebook from its icon, a black screen asks "Still want to open Facebook?" and counts down 5 or 10 seconds (your pick inPause length) beforeOpen nowworks.Closeor Back sends Facebook away, and opening it again starts the count over. Links, notifications and shares open Facebook straight away, and so does coming back within a minute or after the screen was off. If Lock Facebook is on too, the pause comes after you unlock. It's off by default, and settings backups carry the length. -
Recently watchedforgets old entries now. A newKeep watched entries forrow under it picks 7 days, 30 days or until you clear the list, and new installs start at 30 days. A list you already had stays until you clear it, so nothing you kept disappears after the update. Each row on the list has a remove button, with Undo underneath to put it back where it was (unless you've watched it again since). Entries age even withRemember what you watchoff. Settings backups carry the time but never the entries. -
New
Take breaksunder Opening Facebook. Once you've scrolled the feeds or Reels for the time you pick inBreak after(10 to 60 minutes), a "Time for a break" screen covers them and counts down yourBreak length, 1 to 30 minutes. Chats, your profile and the Menu still work during a break, and the screen has buttons for the Menu, closing Facebook and the break settings. Time with the screen off doesn't count, being away as long as a break starts the count over, and a break keeps going if Facebook or the phone restarts. Turning the switch off or pausing Hushfacebook ends it. It's off by default, and settings backups carry both times (Refs #248). -
Marketplace search reads rules now. Put a word in quotes, like
"word", to keep only listings with it in the title, put a minus in front, like-word, to hide listings with it, and addin:place(orin:"two words") to keep listings in that place. A term matches anywhere in a title, so-cathides cats too, and"cat "with a space after it leaves cats out. Facebook is sent only the plain words. AnAdv. Filtersbutton under Marketplace's own Filters opens three lists, words to keep, words to hide and places, each added as a tile you can take out again, and Go writes them into the search box and searches again. Both start off.Advanced Marketplace searchunder Marketplace turns the rules on, andAdv. Filters buttonadds the button once the rules are on. They come withHide sponsored Marketplace listings. New
Hide stories from Pagesunder Stories keeps the Pages you follow out of the Stories tray, so it shows only people's stories. A Page's story goes whether Facebook suggests it or not, and so does one from a Page that's set up like a profile (National Geographic is one). It's off by default and takes effect the next time Facebook loads the tray (Refs #313). -
New
Hide seen storiesunder Stories takes the stories you've already watched all the way through out of the Stories tray, Pages' stories included. Your Add to story tile stays put. It's off by default too.Keep seen posts hidden foralso has a longer choice now, 90 days, and the list of seen posts holds up to 20,000 so a busy feed doesn't push older ones out early (Refs #317). -
Hide suggested storiesand the two story switches above now reach the Stories tray at the top of Home too, and a single story Facebook drops into the feed. Before, they only cleaned up the other trays, so a Page's story could still show on Home (Refs #313, #317). -
When those story switches leave Home's Stories tray with only a story or two, the tray now loads its next batch of stories on its own instead of sitting on three gray placeholder tiles. Facebook fetches more when one of the tray's last stories comes into view, but a row cut down to one story shows it before Facebook knows there's more, and on some accounts the gray tiles never ask. While the switches are hiding stories, a gray tile coming into view now loads the next batch too. If ten batches in a row bring nothing the switches keep, it stops asking (Refs #317).
-
New
Tap a reel above its commentsunder Comments and writing. When a reel's comments open part way up, a tap on the reel above them plays or pauses it and the comments stay open. Before, that tap closed them. It works on the Reels tab and on reels you open from the feed, where the comments come up over the reel and the reel shows through above them. A drag there and the sound button still do what they did. WithOpen comments at full heighton there's no reel left above the comments, so this one only matters with that switch off. It's off by default (Refs #315). -
Long-press a comment with a video in it and its menu has
Save videonow, whenDownload any videois on. It saves at the quality you picked under Downloads, like Download to phone on a post, and the file name leaves out who commented. With downloads set to send links instead, the row isSend to app(Refs #318). -
New
Fix washed-out video colorsunder Video and audio, part ofTurn off HDR brightness. On some phones a reel looks pale and faded until something like the comments covers part of it, and Android'sDisable HW overlaysdeveloper option fixes it. This switch does the same for Facebook alone: videos draw together with the rest of the screen, which costs a little more battery. It's off by default and shows from the next video (Refs #308). -
New
Hide the search buttonunder Tabs and navigation takes the search button out of Home's top bar, and the buttons beside it close up. It works on both versions of the top bar Facebook hands out. It's off by default and shows after a restart (Refs #321). -
A Marketplace listing's page now says when it went up, after its place, like "Moncton, NB · Listed 3 weeks ago (Oct 12, 2026)". Facebook only says that on brand new listings, but it sends the time for every one. It's on by default as
Show when listings went upunder Marketplace and shows from the next listing you open (Refs #303). -
New
See who sharedadds a row to a post's three-dot menu that opens Facebook's own list of the people who shared it, for photo posts and videos. Facebook only shows that list from the share count for some accounts, so this gets you there on any post that's been shared. It starts off, under News feed (Refs #283). -
Two new story switches under Video and audio.
Mute stories(withKeep feed videos muted) starts every story with the sound off each time you open Facebook, until you tap a speaker or press volume up.Video stories wait for a tap(withTap to play) keeps a video story from playing by itself, so it won't start until you touch and hold it and let go. Both start off and work with the switches above them on or off (Refs #261). -
New
Keep the name and buttons while seekingleaves a reel's name, caption and side buttons on screen while you press its progress bar (#120). Off, Facebook clears them until you let go. It starts off, under Video and audio.
Fixes
-
With
Tab bar at the topon, the Reels tab now runs the reel under the bar instead of starting it a bar-height lower, so the video fills the screen like it does with the bar at the bottom. The other tabs and the bottom bar are unchanged. (#264) -
With
Hide For you in searchandHide "People you may know" in searchon, the search screen no longer sits on "No recent searches" with a spinner that never stops, and pulling down no longer restarts it. When every row Facebook has loaded is one of the hidden ones, the screen now stops asking for more. Recent searches and any other row still load as before. (#235) -
Hide For you in searchandHide "People you may know" in searchnow also reach the rows Facebook draws on the first page of the search screen before you type. On some accounts Facebook builds that first page on its own, apart from the rows further down, and the switches only ever saw the later ones, so For you stayed. Debug logging now says which part of Facebook handed over each row (Refs #285). -
With
Skip silent partson, reels no longer drop to low quality a few seconds in and lose their Quality row. Facebook counted the frames a skip jumps over as frames its video decoder couldn't keep up with, and switched to the SD file. Those checks now sit out while silent parts are skipped, and a real decoder error still falls back the way it did (Refs #286). -
Turn off double tap to likenow covers photos on Home too, so a double tap on a single photo, a collage or the photo flyout no longer likes the post or plays the heart (Refs #220). -
Hide posts from groups you're not innow also catches group posts that only name their group next to the poster's name or point to it in an attachment, and Debug logging shows which part of the post named the group (Refs #195). -
With
Always use Clean modeon, the Clean mode button over a reel works both ways now. Before, its first tap brought the buttons back but the icon kept its "Turn off" label, and tapping it again did nothing. Now each tap switches Clean mode off or back on for the reel you're watching, and the label follows. Ads still don't get the button, same as in Facebook (Refs #304). -
Hide prompts and promos under reelsnow also takes away the "Made with Edits" line under the caption of a reel made in Meta's Edits app. Facebook draws that line on its own, apart from the chips under a reel, so the switch hid the Edits chip and missed the line (Refs #314). -
Keep the original audionow also works when Facebook gives you its Languages menu in the video player. With that menu on, Facebook kept every dubbed track of a reel and played the one in your phone's language, so the switch changed nothing. Now the reel keeps only the track it was made with. With the switch off Facebook picks the audio the way it always has (Refs #148). -
A reel's three-dot menu keeps its Quality row, with
Default playback qualityon or off. Facebook's player sometimes swaps its list of qualities for an empty one for a moment, and the menu only shows the row while that list has something in it, so a few seconds into some reels the row was gone until you scrolled away and back. An empty list now leaves the last full one in place (Refs #286). -
With
View stories anonymouslyon, a story you watched to the end is gray from the moment Facebook opens again. When it starts, Facebook draws the Stories tray from a quick first copy before it loads the real one, and that copy never got marked, so a watched ring showed blue for a while after each restart and went gray a few refreshes later (Refs #165). -
A Page's Events link, like facebook.com/facebook/events, opens that Page on its Events tab now. Facebook's own server sends every one of those links to Home, so tapping one in a post or opening it from another app dropped you on the feed. Part of
Open links in external browser, and it works whichever way its switches are set (Refs #319). -
An Instagram or Threads link in a post or a comment opens a patched Instagram or Threads now. Facebook only hands those links to an app Meta signed, so with a repatched one the tap did nothing. Only the link goes over, never anything else Facebook attached to it, and only to the real app's own link screen. Part of
Restore screens on re-signed builds(Refs #287). -
The Messenger icon in the top bar opens a repatched Messenger installed in place of Meta's, like HushMessenger over
com.facebook.orca, even withOpen the Messenger appoff. Facebook only hands that tap to a Messenger Meta signed, so with a repatched one the icon did nothing and the screen flickered. Meta's own Messenger and a Messenger installed beside it are handled as before (Refs #292). -
Hide comments under postsnow also hides a pinned comment shown under a post in the feed, along with the Write a comment box it comes with. Facebook draws that comment as part of the comment box, not with the other comment previews, so the switch missed it under friends' posts and group posts. The Comment button still opens the comments as before (Refs #305, #253). -
With
See-through barson, the blur on the top and bottom bars no longer turns into a dark strip when a video in the feed starts or scrolls into view. The bars used to drop their blur whenever any video showed on the page, so it seemed to come and go at random as you scrolled. Now the blur stays and only the video itself is left out of it (Refs #250). -
See-through barsworks on a tab bar that's set to stay on screen now. Before, the bar stayed but the feed stopped above it, so the see-through showed black. Facebook builds that layout as it starts, so flippingSee-through barswith the bar kept brings up the restart row, and the change shows after the restart (Refs #250). -
Hide posts from groups you're not innow also hides a group post that reaches your feed because a friend commented on it or shared it. Those come wrapped in the friend's activity, so the switch couldn't see the group before (Refs #195). -
Hide posts from groups you're not inalso catches a group post that names its group in a second place. Some posts come with the group listed apart from where the post was made, and the switch only looked at the first one, so those stayed in the feed (Refs #195). -
Reels get the Download button on accounts where Facebook still draws its older reel buttons. Facebook picks one of two button layouts for each account, and the older one never had a place for the button, so those reels showed only Facebook's own buttons. With the button on, reels now open with the newer layout and the button is there. Turn off
Download button on reelsand Facebook's layout comes back as it was (Refs #316, #298). -
A patched Facebook without
Material You themeno longer shows a toast about the theme's colors at every start on Android 11. The theme only asks the phone for its palette when it's in the build, and the Accent color presets are set up before the theme reads them (Refs #300). -
Opening a link to a post from another app, a message or a notification shows that post at the top of Home again. Facebook sends it as the first post of the feed, flagged like a suggested post when you don't follow its author, so
Hide "Suggested for you" postshid the one post you asked for. The first post after a link lands now stays whatever switch would hide it, ads aside (Refs #306). -
Hide dislike on commentsleaves a comment's reaction icons and their count alone now. 0.19.0 took the thumbs-down out by telling Facebook the button wasn't there, and the reactions next to it went too. The button is built empty instead, so the rest of the row is drawn the way it is next to a dislike (Refs #241). -
Inline feed video controlsshows its play button withTap to playon too. Tap to play made Facebook's own Autoplay setting read Off, and with that the feed never set up a player for its videos, so the button had nothing to start. With both on, Autoplay now stays the way you set it while videos still wait for your tap, and the button starts the video right where it sits. A video that hasn't drawn yet gets the button too (Refs #239). -
Going back to the top of Home with an inline video button showing no longer crashes Facebook. The feed could drop the video's row in the middle of drawing the screen, and the button came off at that very moment, which Android's layout doesn't allow. It hides right away now and comes off once the screen is drawn (Refs #239).
-
With
Tap to playon, a video you tap in the feed opens full screen playing on slower phones too. Facebook's full screen player only starts once it has loaded, and on some phones that took longer than the one second a tap gets, so the video sat paused at 0:00 until a second tap. The tap that opened the player now counts for its first video for up to ten seconds, and a swipe or a second video still waits (Refs #239). -
With
Open feed videos on their ownon, a reel you open from a group you're not in plays right away now, with no black loading screen first. The switch skipped the step where Facebook starts loading that video, so the viewer sat black until the video came in some other way. That step goes through now, and the reels Facebook would line up after the video still stay out, with no "Up next" pill under it (Refs #237). -
TalkBack reads a settings row that only shows something, like the hidden count at the top of News feed, as one stop now. It used to read the title and then the count as two separate stops. A save in progress on the Downloads page works the same way, with its Cancel button still a stop of its own. With a screen reader on, that row's amount and time now move every ten seconds instead of every second, because TalkBack read the row again at each change and never got a pause. A new step, like joining the picture and sound, still shows right away.
-
Debug logging for
Keep the progress barnames a reel by a short code now, not by its Facebook video id. The lines still pair up when one reel hands the bar to the next, but a shared log doesn't show which reels you watched. -
Turn off HDR brightnessturns PQ videos down on Snapdragon phones again, apart from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Every Snapdragon was left out after that chip's video service crashed when asked to turn HDR down, and a Snapdragon 8 Elite turns out to do the job fine in HEVC, VP9 and AV1. HLG videos are handled as they were. -
With
Picture-in-pictureon, a reel keeps its place when you come back to it, from the window's expand button or from another app (#44). Facebook put it back at the start every time its screen returned, and that's the seek Hushfacebook drops now. Swiping away from a reel and back works the way it always has. -
With
Keep the progress baron, a reel you reach after refreshing or swiping back up keeps its own bar and time, where it could show none at all or sit frozen on the last reel's length (#120). An older reel closing took the newer reel's bar with it. -
With
Material You themeon, Facebook could crash in random places with a color error (#323). The theme's colors only existed in dark mode, so a screen built in dark mode crashed when it read one after Android had left dark mode. They have a plain value now too. -
With
Keep the progress baron, tapping a reel's bar could freeze it, with the time gone or stuck until the reel looped (#120). On some accounts Facebook's tap stops the bar's timer and only starts it again after a real drag. Hushfacebook starts it again once you let go. -
With
Long press opens commentson, resting a finger on a reel's progress bar jumped to the next reel. The hold read the strip of the next reel under the bar as a long post and scrolled it up. A hold there now stays on the reel you're watching.
Other changes
-
You need Morphe Manager 2.3.0 or newer now. The patches are built on Morphe patcher 2.1.0, the one Manager 2.3.0 ships with, and older Managers refuse a bundle built on it, so update Manager first. Desktop patching needs morphe-desktop 1.20.0 or newer.
-
A build without
AMOLED black themesays so under Appearance, in Colors and theme, so dark mode staying gray isn't a mystery. The row explains that Morphe Manager doesn't pick the theme by default and how to add it with Expert mode. The README also warns thatEnable recommended patchesunticks the theme, so it needs picking again after (Refs #275). -
Hushfacebook now patches Facebook 585.0.0.47.54 and no longer takes 584. On a 64-bit phone download the (arm64-v8a) (120-640dpi) (Android 11+) bundle, build 476015655, and on a 32-bit phone the (arm-v7a) (320dpi) (Android 11+) bundle, build 476015543. Update Facebook before you patch (Refs #309).
-
The play/pause and cast buttons on feed videos are smaller now and look like Facebook's own speaker icon, a white symbol on a see-through round background instead of a big dark square. They sit closer to the video's corners and still take a tap as easily (Refs #301).
-
The Hushfacebook settings take their colors and spacing from Astryx, Meta's own design kit. Cards are a soft neutral gray on the black page, the text and blue match Facebook's dark mode, and dialogs and buttons have rounder corners. Text on the blue (switches, the main dialog button) is dark now so it stays easy to read. The layout's the same, and the Material You theme still follows your wallpaper (Refs #302).
-
With
Debug loggingon, a kept post that wasn't posted to a profile or group now says what it's made of (the kinds of things in its title, share and attachments, never names or text). That's what's needed to find group postsHide posts from groups you're not instill lets through (Refs #195). -
The README's Help has a part on Google's developer verification, which since September 30 can stop a patched Facebook from installing on phones in Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. It covers Android's advanced flow and installing with adb from a computer, using the APK Manager exports, and asks for the exact message if Android refuses it some other way.
Behind the scenes
-
CONTRIBUTING has a Translating part now. It walks through fixing a string or adding a language: the table format, keeping placeholders, regenerating the Java, the catalog test to run and what to do with a string the code drops. It also covers checking a screen for clipped text with the two pseudo-locales. The README's language line points at it.
-
A few patches look harder at Facebook's code before they change it, and
Open on a chosen tabnames the methods it found when it stops. The device walk says which windows were in front when Facebook loses focus. It holds a reel withLong press opens commentsandOnly on the right edgeoff, so the hold really reaches 2x, and leaves the Comment button under posts so it can still open the comment sheet. -
The register check now also looks at the objects each changed method hands on. When an injected call, field read or field write gets an object whose class the other side can't take, the check fails before the build gets near a phone. An early 585 build crashed at launch over exactly that, and dex2oat's verify pass didn't say a word about it.
-
The file listing the supported Facebook builds and the patch list generator credit where they really came from, De-Vanced, by way of tiktok-patches-for-morphe and Hushfeed. Their old notices pointed at ReVanced files that never existed. NOTICE and the app's Licenses page name De-Vanced now, and the mirror check fails a cited file that GitLab sends to a folder page instead.
-
The build moves to Gradle 9.8.2, still pinned by checksum. It's a bug-fix release, and the wrapper jar is the same file as 9.8.1's.
The changelog has every earlier release too.
How to update
- Update Morphe Manager to 2.3.0 or newer, then refresh the Hushfacebook source.
- Patch Facebook
585.0.0.47.54. On most phones that's build476015655, the arm64-v8a one. Phones with a 32-bit processor take build476015543, the armeabi-v7a one. - Install over your current patched Facebook with the manager's existing signing key. Keep that key so updates keep working.
The .mpp download is a patch bundle, not a Facebook APK. Installation instructions.

Local checks passed: 5680 tests with no failures, plus both Android lints and the release-script checks. All 109 patches applied without forcing to Facebook 585.0.0.47.54, both the 64-bit and the 32-bit build, and a second build of the same commit matched this bundle entry for entry (898 entries). I patched Facebook with this exact bundle and walked the whole app with every switch on, on an emulator signed in to a full account. 81 of 110 hook families ran there, Tap to play, Keep the progress bar and Don't save search history among them, all 23 settings pages opened in dark and in light, and Facebook didn't crash once. Android's verifier raised nothing on the patched build, the same as on Meta's own. The walk doesn't reach downloads, chats or the story viewer, so those are covered by the patch tests alone this time, and the 32-bit build was checked by its patch tests rather than on a device.
