VAS 3.68.1 — Electron 版

本版主要更新：

• 安裝後佔用空間減少約 47 MB：只保留 VAS 實際提供的三種語言（繁體中文、日文、英文）
• 修正：啟動時在背景預先準備文字辨識引擎的功能，在 3.68.0 沒有生效；現在第一次使用文字辨識或隱私遮蔽會更快
• 打包工具更新至修補安全問題的版本

What's new in this release:

• About 47 MB less disk space once installed: VAS now keeps only the three languages it actually offers (Traditional Chinese, Japanese and English)
• Fix: warming up the text recognition engine in the background at launch did not take effect in 3.68.0; the first text recognition or Privacy Mask run is now faster
• Build tools updated to versions with security fixes
