v1.3.1 — keep the right-click menu open

修复：会话行右键菜单在指针移出后异常关闭。

内置「…」菜单带 closeOnPointerLeave，右键在指针处展开后，指针一移出就会触发关闭。现在菜单存活期间在 document 捕获阶段拦截跨越面板/锚点的 pointerout / pointerover，React 不再合成 leave；菜单只在点击外部、选中条目或按 Esc 时关闭，与工作区右键一致。

Fix: a right-click session menu no longer closes when the pointer leaves it. While the menu is open, pointerout/pointerover crossing the panel or its anchor are stopped in the document capture phase, so React never synthesizes the leave; it closes only on outside click, selection or Escape.
