Here is a super simple implementation of a tool created with MySQL, Python and PyQT

Using both Python 2.7.6 + 3.3.3, download from http://www.python.org/downloads/

We will be using MySQL Community Server 5.6.21 http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/

Also, PyQt from http://www.riverbankcomputing.com/software/pyqt/download
