Zedbot FedComResponder

Turns the FedCom Responder ON/OFF.
FCR responds to certain phrases over FedCom with preset responses.
Triggers phrases can have AND logic, and multiple responses.

Edit the z-fcr.cfg file in the TWX root to change the triggers
and their responses. (or to see more FCR help)

Use the tilde key to ABORT locally.
Use the OFF parameter to ABORT remotely.

FCR maintains a log file called test_Z-FCR.log

Note: There is a random delay between triggering and responding.
Use the FAST parameter to respond faster.

Usage: > fcr [on|off|fast]
