The FirstViewHelper and LastViewHelper return the first or last
item of a specified array, respectively.
## Examples
```xml
<f:first value="{0: 'first', 1: 'second', 2: 'third'}" /> <!-- Outputs "first" -->
<f:last value="{0: 'first', 1: 'second', 2: 'third'}" /> <!-- Outputs "third" -->
```
