This PR introduces a new package
@tanstack/rxdb-db-collectionthat bridges RxDB with TanStack DB. It allows developers to use RxDB collections as the underlying persistence layer and cross-tab sync while benefiting from TanStack DB's reactivity, transactions, and query engine.
