TechTide Harness Kit v1.0.3 is a Lovable import hotfix.

Highlights:

• Adds five public one-skill GitHub repositories for Lovable's GitHub tab.
• Updates the README so Repository URL copy blocks use https://github.com/owner/repo URLs, not release ZIP URLs.
• Keeps release ZIP assets for Lovable's Archive tab.
• Rebuilds all 71 Lovable-compatible ZIP packages for this release.
