Create a Temasys Account and App Key
The purpose of this document is to help you start using the Skylink SDKs for Web, Android, and iOS.
To use Skylink SDKs, you’ll need a Temasys account and an app key that is required to connect to our servers and user our features.
Then you’ll be able to use our world-class SDKs to add video, audio, chat, and screen-sharing to your mobile applications and web sites.
Step 1: Create an Account on the Temasys Console
The first step to getting started is to create an account on the Temasys Console here: https://console.temasys.io/register.
If you haven’t registered with Temasys, then please click the Register button.
If you’re a registered user then you can log in with your username and password.
Step 2: Verify your account and sign-in to the Temasys Console
In the Register window enter your personal details and a password.
Click the Register button.
You’ll get a message saying that your registration confirmation email has been sent.
Check your email and click the Activate my account button in the confirmation email.
You’ll get a message that your account has been activated and you’ll be prompted to log in with your username and password.
Step 3: Create an App
Click the Add App button to get started.
Click the Get Started button to continue getting started.
Step 4: Select the Platforms and Payment Plan you Want to Use
Enter the name of your App in the space provided.
Click a platform to select that platform. You can select multiple platforms. A selected platform is surrounded with a light blue color.
Click the Next button.
Step 5: View your App Keys
Click the View Keys button to view your app keys. Remember that you app keys are private and you should not share them with anyone.
