主要修改内容：
（1）修复 OHOS 上 TaskPool 复用 native 环境导致的崩溃问题。
（2）修复解码失败导致的渲染卡住问题，并支持安全恢复。
（3）修复 iOS 上视频解码与 PAGDecoder 销毁竞态导致的 use-after-free 崩溃。
（4）修复视图注册为监听器时 PAGAnimator 事件回调无限递归的问题（改为通过代理转发事件）。
（5）修复 Android 上 PAGView detach 时因 eglDestroyContext 耗时过长导致的 ANR 问题。
（6）修复 OHOS 包元数据缺少 author email 导致 ohpm publish 被拒（HttpCode 400）的问题。
Main modifications:
(1) Fix OHOS crashes when TaskPool reuses native environments.
(2) Prevent rendering stalls and recover safely from decode failures.
(3) Fix use-after-free crash when video decoding races with PAGDecoder teardown on iOS.
(4) Relay PAGAnimator events through a proxy to avoid infinite recursion when a view registers itself as a listener.
(5) Fix Android ANR caused by slow eglDestroyContext on PAGView detach.
(6) Fix the missing author email in the OHOS package metadata, which made the OHPM registry reject the package with HttpCode 400.
