I want to add Vision_Transformer.py under computer vision folder which consist code to impliment ViT on an image to do Image classification Task

I’d like to work on this issue and implement the Vision Transformer (ViT) model for image classification.

My plan is to create a clean PyTorch implementation that includes patch embedding, positional encoding, transformer encoder blocks, and a classification head — following the standard ViT architecture. I’ll make sure the code follows the project’s style guidelines and is easy to understand and test.
