Description-
I would like to add a new Python program as part of Hacktoberfest 2025.
This program demonstrates basic Python concepts (loops, functions, and conditionals) in a simple and beginner-friendly way.

Title-Pattern Printing (Pyramid, Inverted Pyramid, and Diamond)
Category:-Beginner / Patterns

Features

• Prints different pyramid and diamond patterns using loops.
• Clean and well-commented code.
• Easy for beginners to understand.

Additional Notes
This is an enhancement contribution for Hacktoberfest 2025.
I would like to work on this issue and submit a PR after it’s approved.

Hi @maintainer,
I initially proposed this issue (#13460). I’d love to contribute my version of the pattern programs too, possibly with additional patterns or improvements (like user input and symmetry fixes).
Could you please assign this to me or allow me to open a related PR?

Hi @vishakha-kaithwas It seems like you want them to assign the issue you proposed but it's clearly mentioned in the "Contributing.md" file that : "If you are interested in resolving an open issue, simply make a pull request with your proposed fix. We do not assign issues in this repo so please do not ask for permission to work on an issue."

So, just simply do your work and submit a PR.
