Add Vision Transformer demo in computer_vision module

What does this PR do?

• Adds a new vision_transformer.py file in the computer_vision module.
• Contains a simple vision_transformer_demo() function that prints a message for running a Vision Transformer.
• This serves as a basic starting point for implementing Vision Transformer-based models.
