Update TBOKwinOptimizer.bat to version 1.7.1
v1.7.1: Major refinement of TBOK's hardware-aware optimization engine. Adds centralized RAM/storage/chassis-based policy decisions, improved SysMain/MMAgent and Windows Prefetch tuning, startup analysis progress and system-profile display, safer rollback and all-user registry processing, improved gaming and power-plan optimization, stronger remote/noninteractive execution, safer BeardSweeper behavior, and expanded diagnostics and logging.

1. Hardware-aware optimization policy: Detects installed RAM, SSD/HDD storage, and chassis type, then centrally resolves SysMain, MMAgent, Prefetch, page-file, hibernation, and gaming power-plan targets.
2. Windows Prefetch management: Adds EnablePrefetcher to the resolved hardware policy, using boot-only Prefetch on SSD/low-memory configurations and boot plus application Prefetch on higher-memory HDD systems.
3. Interactive system analysis display: Adds a live startup progress indicator and an expanded menu showing detected RAM, storage type, chassis, and resolved optimization targets.
   Improved gaming optimization: Hardware-aware power-plan selection, HAGS configuration, Multimedia Class Scheduler tuning, processor boost-mode configuration, desktop power-throttling adjustments, and automatic Ultimate Performance plan handling
4. Safer automation and remote use: Supports combined noninteractive operations, /REMOTE and /REMOTELIST deployment, remote log retrieval, controlled restart handling, and cleanup of temporary deployment artifacts.
5. Improved rollback protection: Uses System Restore where available and falls back to machine and per-user registry backups when restore-point creation fails. Existing same-day protection can be reused across multiple operations.
6. More robust all-user optimization: Applies user settings to currently loaded profiles, offline profiles, and the Default profile, with profile-level applied/skipped/failed summaries
7. Improved BeardSweeper safety: Interactive cleanup can close applications before cache cleanup, while unattended runs preserve running applications, iTunes backups, and Windows rollback files.
   Cleaner diagnostics and logging: Adds startup audits, memory snapshots, resolved-policy logging, consolidated service/task processing summaries, and more explicit failure reporting

Fixed Gaming section closing

Manually writing scripts is fun... so discovering that I made a typo that cause the gaming improvements to exit prematurely and forgot to update the release with the fix. omg... I need more coffee.
