The Fable notes name Fable 5.1 and the Max weekly limit.

  • The Fable model name and plan wording in skills/coalboard/references/platform-cc.md now match the vendor pages. The fable alias resolves to Fable 5.1 (claude-fable-5-1, Claude Code v2.1.257 or later) and Fable 5 stays reachable by claude-fable-5. On Max, Fable draws on a separate weekly Fable limit and then on usage credits if they are on; on other plans and seat tiers it can bill to usage credits. The old "Team-Premium" plan name, which the vendor pages do not confirm, is gone. The note also says that in -p, and in an Agent SDK app that shows no prompt, Claude Code never asks before a Fable request bills usage credits, so the board's own ask is the only consent there. The fableConsent row in README.md, its help text and the comment in platform-configs/.coalboard.json say the same. Checked 2026-10-20 against code.claude.com/docs/en/model-config, platform.claude.com/docs/en/about-claude/pricing and support.claude.com/en/articles/12429409-extra-usage-for-paid-claude-plans.
  • A comment in hooks/coalboard-conductor.js names the shared reference copy of the Triage sentence (CoalWorks/warehouse/arbitration-cue-2026-09.txt). No emitted character changes.
