This PR fixes some grammar issues in the pop-up readme file.
2. This PR:
-replaced ',' with ';' when 2 independent clauses were being joined
-removed apostrophe from "it's" to indicate possessive form of "its"
-removed ',' where two dependent clauses were being joined by 'and'
-removed '.' to keep the style of the 'Self-Check' consistent
