Korean translation: review wanted (PocketOBI 2.5.0-dev, CYD)

PocketOBI now speaks Korean, but the text is a first draft written without a native speaker. If you read Korean, a review would help a lot, especially the battery and repair terms.

The zip below has everything:

• a CYD (ESP32-2432S028R) firmware to flash at 0x0, in the browser, nothing to install
• PocketOBI-strings-KO.csv: every message in English and Korean, with empty columns for your suggestions
• screenshots of every screen in Korean, so no battery is needed
• a README with the steps
