Native model archive retry
Repeated selected TAR members are extracted in order. The last complete occurrence replaces the earlier file only after its temporary output closes. This corrects the native Magpie companion archive failure observed after downloading its tokenizer files.
Interrupted archive passes keep the already extracted files and replay the selected segments on retry. Confirmed archive selections are reused while independent GGUF files continue their retained HTTP downloads. Existing completed acquisitions, shared same-user model locations and app-private settings remain unchanged; no model migration or cleanup is performed.
Development applications retain arcane-os: latest and adopt through their public package workflow. The npm tarball comes from the selected Check artifact without repacking. Existing compatible native archives are unchanged; NeMo runtimes and models remain upstream downloads.
