One of our customers at WPZOOM reported the following bug/behavior that occurs with the page builder:
There is a very time-consuming, irritating issue occurring while attempting to edit a wordpress page using the Presence theme's page builder. Anytime a page-builder "content element" is opened and closed, as soon as it is closed the page auto-scrolls to the top of the "edit page" page. This causes a user to lose their place on the page editing process. It is extremely annoying and counterproductive.
After testing with Safari and Chrome (Current Version 65.0.3325.146), it appears to be only happening on Chrome and has been confirmed on 2 separate devices (macs). Also, the issue only occurs if the "Preview Changes" button is clicked and the preview of the page is opened in a new tab or window. If this preview page is closed, and the page is edited without a preview page open, the issue does not seem to occur.I'd rather not provide access to our admin page if possible.
Here's how to replicate the bug:
create a new page and add some elements in the page.
save/update the changes
click Preview button and leave the preview tab opened
now when you try to edit a widget/element in the builder and click Save or close in the modal, the page will scroll to the top automatically.
Not a theme or plugin issue/conflict. Tested with just Unsyon and default theme enabled.
Thanks for your work & time!
