In order to revise the way the website is built and hosted, a basic Docker image has been added to handle the whole process of generating all feeds and building the website.

The goal of this Docker image is to simplify the process of generating the feeds and the website for the hosts that will generate the feeds (since we can't use anymore github workflows for that purpose).
