Swift-JSON 1.7.1

Fix JSONSchema's packaged-resource discovery when tests run through SwiftPM's native backend. The native helper can load JSONSchema from an XCTest bundle with the resource bundle beside it; this patch finds that location after the existing candidates, without custom environment overrides. All nine resource integrity pins, cumulative compilation budgets, cancellation and operational failure behavior remain intact.

The fix was integrated through PR #75; PR #76 prepares matching CLI version metadata, its regression and patch notes. No public API, product, dependency or deployment change is introduced. Twelve libraries plus swift-json continue to share one package version. Swift tools/compiler 6.4+, language mode 6 and Apple OS/SDK 27+ remain required. Root dependencies remain empty; Apache-2.0 and upstream notices are retained.

Documentation maintenance since 1.7.0 also aligns the README with the published release and derives landing-page stable-release links from verified GitHub release metadata at documentation build time. No runtime network dependency is added.

Qualification

Native Debug/Release, ASan/TSan, strict memory, docs and Git-free full-native reproduction passed. Linux ARM64 and x86_64 behavior/safety passed. A separate SwiftPM consumer resolved the actual exact: "1.7.1" version and passed native test-host checks in Debug and Release without resource overrides. See the attached qualification JSON for actual commands, toolchains, counts, input pins, source bindings and provider links. Corpus policy cases remain separate from evaluated successes.

Targeted iPhoneOS/simulator consumer builds and WASI Node/WasmKit checks passed. Their scope is explicit: SDK compilation is not device runtime; the targeted WASI run is not a fresh full root/corpus or sanitizer qualification. Historical unchanged-input evidence remains separately identified. No new platform or 1.8 capability is included.

Navigation G4 remains HOLD, with zero accepted controlled timing samples. Transform's historical scoped performance disposition and incomplete sampling windows are retained for unchanged workloads, without a new measured pass. No speed, throughput, allocation or RSS claim is made. The existing approximately 11% streaming regression disposition and 10% review trigger remain. Logical retained bytes are accounting quantities, distinct from RSS and caller work.

Assets: exact reproducible source, thirteen-catalog compiled DocC, DocC member manifest, sanitized qualification receipt and SHA-256 checksums. Hosted documentation tracks main; use the attached DocC archive for the frozen reference. Full comparison.

Post-merge qualification at this exact source also passed: Native, safety, documentation and Git-free archive and Linux ARM64/x86_64 behavior and safety. The initial ARM64 run encountered a Swift Build planning/libdispatch SIGSEGV before a Release compiler probe. One bounded complete unchanged-source reproduction passed; the original failure remains recorded, without a source fix or upstream-fix claim.

The attached qualification JSON is the frozen, timestamped prepublication preparation snapshot. Its draft-era state and original evidence are preserved; publication does not rewrite its bytes or checksums. Swift Package Index ingestion and its build status are external observations, separate from the qualification above.
