Far too many things to list as having been updated from Upstream.
Locally:
Updated the labelers to be able to have custom labels saved for later use between rounds.
Updated BSO's armored coat to actually be armored instead of just decorative.
Updated and fixed the Viewcone stuff further, no longer does it effect normal view of majority of entities, and also fixed various gas masks that still had modifiers for the viewcone defined in their components unnecessarily.
Ported Avali Emotes from Starlight.
Made Chem portion of Guidebook better.
