Catalyst Setup v1.0.0

Catalyst Setup 1.0.0: one installer for every Catalyst app.

• catalyst-setup.exe is the program alone. It downloads what it installs, so it needs a network.
• CatalystSuite.zip is the program with a payload folder beside it, for a USB stick. It installs with no network.

In the zip's payload:

• Catalyst 2.8.0
• Catalyst Console 2.0.0

Not in the zip:

• Catalyst Sim (MO): its installer is built on the owner's machine and has no release to fetch.
• Catalyst Pit: TomAs-1226/CatalystPit has no release that gh can read (release not found).
• Catalyst Link: it has no release, and no local build of it was found.

For a complete stick, build one on a machine that has those installers: npm run build, then npm run bundle.

Laptops with "Keep these apps up to date" turned on move to this version of Catalyst Setup by themselves.
