Description:

  • VoteCoin GUI wallet for Windows

News:

  • Added support to export/import private keys
  • Few bugs were fixed, UI was enhanced a little bit

Install:

  • download source code ZIP
  • unpack to some directory
  • run votecoin.exe

Upgrade:

  • if you are upgrading from textmode wallet, you should unpack GUI wallet to a new folder and then copy wallet.dat file from your old (textmode) installation to the "VoteCoin" directory under the new GUI wallet dir.

  • If you upgrade from previous version of GUI wallet, feel free to copy this new release over your old install, overwriting all files. Then erase file votecoin.conf in the "VoteCoin" directory, it will be re-created for you on first start, and a new internal password will be generated for better security.

Known bugs:

  • missing vote section
  • transaction search in dashboard not working
