Fix Documentation Build #260
Description
In #252 I downgraded some dependencies that allowed the docs build to pass the numpydoc stage that caused an error. The built documentation is next to worthless.
The change must have been caused by an external dependency that wasn't pinned as not changes were made to the doc that induced the docs build failure.
