Add support for lead status change, when the order status changes

This improves the leads mode, by changing the status of the lead in TrafficManager when the order status changes to the "confirmed" or "canceled" status. Those statuses are set in the plugin settings page.

Add Leads mode (BETA, work in progress): this mode allows you to handle the orders on TrafficManager with the offer products and leads management feature.
When this mode is enabled, the order data such as the buyer's name, email, and address is sent to TrafficManager. This allows you to manage the orders from TrafficManager or from an integrated CRM, and use all the Leads features.

Add support for pending conversions and custom "confirmed" status.

Two features are added with this update:

• You can now enable the "pending conversions" feature.
  If this option is enabled, a postback will be fired as soon as the order is received, to send the conversion as pending in TrafficManager (note: you need to enable the "Pending conversions" setting in the TrafficManager offer as well)

• Instead of firing the postback on "completed" status, you can now choose which status will trigger the postback.
  A dropdown will let you choose between all the WooCommerce statuses, included custom ones.
