Stormchaser v0.2.2: Map Projection Hotfix

Hotfix: Map projection was not perfectly accurate to the boundaries, making typhoons take slightly incorrect paths. This is now fixed, and maps have also been updated to have more visual coverage.

To use:
Install StormchaserSetup.v.0.2.2.exe (NOT THE SOURCE CODE) and go through the setup wizard
or
Install stormchaser.zip and unpack

Menu:
Enter a valid date, select region, then press enter to start scraping
If an invalid date is given, the program will prompt again
If the date is valid, the program will begin web scraping. This process usually takes about 30 seconds - 2 minutes.
Afterwards, it will redirect you to the animation engine window

Animation Engine Controls:
Click the "Play" button to start the animation
Click the "Pause" button to pause the animation
Click the "Skip 1 Week" button to jump 1 week forward into the timeline
Click the "Return to Menu" button to regenerate an animation
Close window to exit

Southern Pacific region is currently unavailable because cartopy's map maker splits it in half.
