A fix for everyone, and FH2 mods on Linux (Wine and Proton).

For players

Installed mods opens a mod on the first press of A. On a fresh start, pressing A on Installed mods straight away played the sound but left the list showing, until you pressed B and A again. It now opens the mod's settings first time.

Mods' database changes work on Linux. The platform used Windows' own SQLite (winsqlite3.dll) to change the game database, and Wine and Proton don't have it, so on Linux those changes were skipped. SQLite is now built in. d3dcompiler_47.dll is about 0.7 MB bigger for it.

No more 20-second wait on Linux without the Extra Options override. Without WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winmm=n,b", Wine uses its own winmm.dll, and the platform mistook it for Extra Options. It waited 20 seconds before mods could hook the game, and the About page said Extra Options was installed. The platform now checks for Extra Options' own export, and when Wine isn't using it, platform.log says so and names the override.

A Linux guide. docs/linux.md covers the override, what's known about each mod, and troubleshooting.

For mod makers

No API changes: still API 8, and mods built for 2.7.0 work as they are. If your mod reads a SQLite file itself, build SQLite in rather than loading winsqlite3.dll, or it won't work for Linux players (docs/api.md).

Install

Put d3dcompiler_47.dll next to azimuth.exe, replacing the one there. Every mod built on the platform ships this file, so it's fine to overwrite an older one.
