Figure out how to cleverly isolate each model in its own module

variable clashes etc are starting to get a tad annoying.

i imagine the cleverest of clever people would use some metaprogramming so that @include "model_name" expands to module Model_name; include("models/model_name.jl"); end and it can also be conditionally not included depending on what we're trying to accomplish (for example when running 1 model we wouldn't need to include everything else) and it's likely that the @register macro might need to be tweaked based on this but i'm not cleverer enough to figure it out right now

surprisingly difficult to create a module in a macro
