Table is not completely disabled when editor is uneditable

Describe the bug
Table is not completely disabled when editor is uneditable
step 1. Click "Disabled" button
step 2. Move your mouse to bottom or right border of table. And then you will see the cursor becomes resize mode.
step 3. Click and drag down/right, Table will add new rows/columns

Could you update Advanced table with adding "fit to the page width" feature?
