feat: Update Mantine setup

This PR does 2 things:

Makes Mantine packages peer dependencies instead of regular dependencies in @blocknote/mantine.

Changes how styles are exported in @blocknote/mantine. There are now 2 exported stylesheets:

• The regular style.css which bundles both the Mantine core styles with the BlockNote styles on top.
• blocknoteStyles.css which only includes the BlockNote styles. This is meant for applications that already use Mantine UI components, and will therefore already import the core Mantine styles themselves.
