fix: ShadCN example Tailwind setup

This PR does 2 things:

• Adds tailwind field to .bnexample.json to add TailwindCSS to the example setup, when running it outside of the playground.
• Adds stackBlitz field to .bnexample.json to hide the StackBlitz link in the docs for the example.

The tailwind field allows the ShadCN example to have the correct styles when being run on its own. This should also fix the styles in StackBlitz, but there seems to be weird stuff going on with the setup there, as the @source Tailwind directive doesn't seem to work. As a workaround, the stackBlitz field is used to just hide the link.
