[Input] Full screen suggestion list on mobile does not look as specified

Bug Description

The full screen suggestion list on mobile does not look as specified. In the current implementation it shows a footer with one “approval” button and on the top right it shows an “x” button to close the full screen mode. It should be a footer toolbar with two buttons, one to approve and one to cancel. No button on top right.

• Yes, the issue is reproducible in the official playground.
  - Step by Step:

1. Open the example "Input with Suggestions" in the playground (link) on your mobile device.
2. Type e. g. "A" into the Input Field.
3. The suggestion list opens on fullscreen.
