Can't build an UWP project if OpenVR XR plugin is enabled or in project

The Open VR XR PLugin prevent a project that targets UWP to build. I've to remove the plugin from my project (including package manager).

What version of unity and what error(s) are you getting? Are you seeing an error in SteamVR_ExternalCamera.cs?

I'm using Unity 2020.1b14 and here are the errors when building an UWP application:

Plugin 'XRSDKOpenVR.dll' is used from several locations:
 Packages/com.valve.openvr/Runtime/x64/XRSDKOpenVR.dll would be copied to <PluginPath>/XRSDKOpenVR.dll
 Packages/com.valve.openvr/Runtime/x86/XRSDKOpenVR.dll would be copied to <PluginPath>/XRSDKOpenVR.dll
Plugin 'openvr_api.dll' is used from several locations:
 Packages/com.valve.openvr/Runtime/x86/openvr_api.dll would be copied to <PluginPath>/openvr_api.dll
 Packages/com.valve.openvr/Runtime/x64/openvr_api.dll would be copied to <PluginPath>/openvr_api.dll
Please fix plugin settings and try again.

I've to remove the plugin from Package Manager to be able to compile my project for UWP. It's OK with Windows. Not that it's not for Linux but it's a another issue.

Well it looks like it's fine by using the plugin from this repo and not the one provided here

I am experiencing a similar issue when building a project for iOS (testing a combined XR and AR setup):

Plugin 'ucrtbased.dll' is used from several locations:
 Packages/com.valvesoftware.unity.openvr/Runtime/x64/ucrtbased.dll would be copied to <PluginPath>/ucrtbased.dll
 Packages/com.valvesoftware.unity.openvr/Runtime/x86/ucrtbased.dll would be copied to <PluginPath>/ucrtbased.dll
