  • Describe governance output as evidence and provider-review drafts, without legal conformity or certification claims.

Validation: 626 local tests passed, 4 skipped; hosted Python/Linux/Windows, security and package checks recorded on the release PR. Source archives and wheels are checked separately from registry publication.

Evaluate the exact installed package and its documented trust limits. Production operating acceptance remains a separate step.
