So that users can enable completions right away, without reloading their shell, like ``` $ eval "$(scala-cli install completions --env)" $ scala-cli <TAB> ```
Seems they can be a bit too short on slow machines.
Should warn about stale artifacts when it uploads them as GitHub release assets.
