Billable Item - Paid Status

Hi I am not sure if I am missing it in the developer module but is there a way of getting the info for a billable item? I can create the Billable Item via the API and get the 'id' but now I want to "query" WHMCS for that billable item to see if it is paid? if not is there a way to get that API added?
